Appam Fall 2024 Conference. These guidelines are for all appam conference participants for present ing authors, chairs, discussants, speakers, moderators, and posters. California policy lab staff, graduate research fellows, and affiliated experts are presenting as well as serving as discussants and chairs on a number of panels during the fall 2024 appam.

This session includes four papers that address various aspects of the relationship between community colleges and labor markets, including studies from virginia, california, and florida. Policymaking at the federal, state, and local levels.
